There will be a 30 minute lunch (on your own) on Saturday and Sunday and two 15 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon. Please feel free to bring a refillable water bottle and your lunch & snacks. Eating offsite can prove to be challenging in a 30 minute timeframe. Bringing your own lunch is highly recommended.
Tea & coffee will be available during breaks.
Courses will start on time in honour of class participants. If you are going to be late or if you need to miss any part of the class, please notify the instructor.
Dress comfortably in layered clothing as body temperature varies with energy work. Please bring a sweater and slippers/indoor footwear.
Humming for Health classrooms are a scent free environment. Please avoid wearing scented products (perfumes, lotions, body wash, hair products, etc).
Please consider taking this weekend to honor and nurture yourself.
Doing energy work often heightens your senses and makes you more sensitive to your environment (i.e. noises).
You may be working through a life challenge, searching for meaning, working through a transition, or feeling ‘not quite right’. During this weekend, consider coming to class with the intention for your ‘highest good’ as you dedicate the work for such purposes.
Massage tables (with linens) may be required if course if offered outside of Dieppe. Please advise Coordinator if you can accommodate.
